Catalyst Day 2 Sessions and Video Wrap Up

Friday, Oct 10, 2008 at 10:03 PM

Again, I wasn't able to attend the sessions in full, but you can check out these links to read about some of them.

First, Brad Ruggles has a super impressive Catalyst rundown (complete with tips!)

Dave Ramsey's Session via Chris Martin

Franklin Graham via Tony Morgan

Andy Crouch (yes, the same one who broke the bongo table) via Bethany Hoang at IJM

Matt Chandler via Will Johnston

and

Andy Stanley's Closing Session via Tim Stevens

Also today they shared a story of a girl who was living in poverty, but got sponsored through Compassion International which changed her life, her confidence, and her future.  Jeff Foxworthy was there, as was an African Children's choir.  AWESOME.

I caught some thoughts from some people at the end...meet them below!

  1. great videos anne. powerful last statement from the guy quoting Matt Chandler “if you are teaching Jesus for what he can do for you, it’s idolatry”

  2. I was finally able to get back home and check out some of your site, great stuff here, it was an unbelievably exhausting few days but well worth it.  I finally had a spare minutes to get some pics posted on my blog too, great videos.
